My photos were also qritten to a CD (by a friend) and when arriving at home the CD appeared to be empty. After an extensive investigation I found out that the CD was not "finalised" after being written, thus preventing another computer from "seeing" the files. I eventually succceeded in recovering the photos after finding software on the internet that enabled me to "see" the invisible files. I hope Tadzia kept the CD as it could be possible to recover his valuable travel photos. It is also possible to recover deleted files from the memory card with appropriate software, but not if it has since been used.I enjoyed the podcast and will definitely refer back to it when I travel to Zanzibar, which has been on my travel list for a long time...Best regards,
